This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced project administrator to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, this is a new position created to assist and support the Program Leader Primary Prevention to ensure that programs under their supervision comply with all legislative, funding and contractual obligations, and applicable sector, organisation and service standards. In particular, the role assists with the administration of RAV’s Support for Fathers (SFF) program, a program that provides educational opportunities to men as dads and father-figures across Australia, as well as training to professionals and organisations in their engagement with dads and father-figures.

Based at our Central Office location in Camberwell, this is an excellent new opportunity. The position is part-time, three (3) days, 22.5 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be offered a 12 month fixed-term contract – with a possibility of extending this beyond the 12 month period following review of business and operational needs at that time.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, support and administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, organise, establish and task priorities whilst communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and good risk management.
  • Process-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of legal/statutory frameworks (advantageous).

What we offer

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $65k to $67k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
