Rocky Bay is experiencing a period of significant growth and change, and we are looking for a passionate customer service professional to assist the organisation achieve its vision of optimising the quality of life for people living with disability in Western Australia.
As a Customer Engagement Officer at Rocky Bay you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work alongside other departments in Rocky Bay to consistently deliver excellent experiences to our customers to help facilitate their journey from service enquiry, through to intake, contract development and renewal.

The role is primarily based out of our Cockburn offices, but travel to other sites will be required.
