We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Property, Procurement & Fleet team. Rocky Bay’s current Fleet portfolio of 170 vehicles is business critical in terms of enabling delivery of services to our customers and facilitating our business growth strategy.

The successful candidate will effectively use their technical knowledge to manage the safety of, and recommend safety improvements to, the Rocky Bay vehicle Fleet and the associated safety of Rocky Bay drivers, staff and customers. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure the vehicle assets meet their operational expectations, reduce risk and comply with our governance and safety objectives. This role will also champion the use of systems & tools and fleet related initiatives as required, provide vehicle orientation’s to new employees for our modified van fleet and manage any infringement, accident and insurance repairs required.
