Open a world of everyday possibilities, as a Physiotherapist at Rocky Bay. As a Physiotherapist at Rocky Bay you will be part of a team who focuses on:

• Delivering individualised customer-centred services and programs to our customers

Your case list will consist of varying complexities catered to your individual experience. You will be provided with a breadth of opportunities to continually develop your skills and knowledge across early intervention, youth and adult customers.

You will work collaboratively to deliver a range of services that support people with disability to achieve their goals and discover new possibilities. You will be supervised by a team leader and receive clinical support from experienced allied health professionals and advanced clinicians.

To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service and support to customers in achieving their goals
• Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed clinical reasoning skills, that are solution-focused
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
• Adaptability to work across different Rocky Bay hubs, including be open to the participation in a rotating roster for Geraldton

 Mandatory selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy from a recognised university
• Current AHPRA registration
• Eligible for Medicare registration
• Education Department Police Clearance (not older than 3 months)
• Current Working with Children check
• Current Flu Vaccination
• NDIS Workers Screening & orientation module

 Desirable selection criteria:

• Experience delivering therapy services within the disability sector under the NDIS
