We are seeking people who are passionate about supporting our customers one to one, with complex health, behaviour and support needs. This role is extremely diverse, which is where you can use and expand your skills and experience to help our customers achieve their goals. We are actively looking for Support Workers to support our customers with disability and challenging behaviours. Applicants must be available and have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts each day which could be two hours or more.

In this role you will:

• Provide support including personal care and day to day living activities
• Work with customers one on one in a community setting
• Build one on one relationships with a variety of customers
• Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed
• Support each customer towards achieving their goals
• Have flexibility for a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays, inclusive of Christmas and New Year

To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar support role is preferred
• Experience working with adults who have support needs (in depth training is provided)
• Experience in aged care and/or high care needs would be highly rated
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Current influenza vaccination (receipt/immunisation record required)
• Current WA driver’s licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)
• Current Working with Children Check
