Rocky Bay is a leading provider of disability services, offering choice and independence to thousands of Western Australians of all ages living with any disability.

The Supported Accommodation Division supports people living with disability to lead as independent and choice driven life as possible within a shared accommodation option.  We provide high quality support with a focus on excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Supported Accommodation Division to manage two of our supported accommodation houses in the northern suburbs of Perth, one of which is a state of the art facility only recently built and opened by Rocky Bay.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Day to day operational management of the service
• Individual outcome based planning, implementation and monitoring
• Liaising with families and other professionals/service providers and agencies
• Management/supervision of the direct support team
• Facilitating 1:1 and group meetings
• Implementing policies, procedures and systems
• Ensuring quality of services

Selection Criteria:

• Practical experience in Individualised Planning
• Experience in working with people with disabilities
• A commitment to delivering person-centred services
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position within the human services sector
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to work autonomously as well as lead and be part of a team
• The right to work in Australia on a permanent basis
• Practical exposure to NDIS SIL quoting is desirable but not essential
