This role is offered on a full-time basis commencing mid-July for 6 months, with the possibility of a part-time extension.
The Training & Professional Services Manager will manage the Training and Professional Services of the Organisation. This lead role demands excellent facilitation skills, staff supervision, stakeholder management and business development skills to deliver high quality training services on a range of topics relating to sexual, domestic and family violence. The Training & Professional Services Manager will hold responsibility for design, development, delivery, evaluation and quality improvement of the Organisation’s training work and will be responsible for building the business of training and professional services for Rape & Domestic Violence Services Australia.
The position is based in Sydney’s Inner West with parking available.

The ideal candidate will be supportive of the feminist context and principles of Rape & Domestic Violence Services Australia. You will have a Certificate VI in Training and Assessment or other educational degree and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a core training role, as well as a strong understanding of the context of domestic, family and sexual violence in Australia. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement history, proven ability to meet marketing and promotions targets and demonstrated ability in working cross culturally.
