An exciting part-time (0.6 FTE) role exists for a highly-skilled professional to join the Reach team in our Sydney/Melbourne office.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an experienced and passionate professional who will increase our knowledge and understanding of Reach’s impact. You will be responsible for managing Reach’s evaluation framework across all Reach programs. You will champion a culture of evaluation and impact reporting throughout the organisation and flourish working within a youth organisation that values youth participation.

Some of the key selection criteria for this role are (see position description for full details):

  1. Essential: Tertiary qualification or higher in relevant discipline;
  2. Highly desirable: Post-graduate experience in evaluation and/or participatory/social research
  3. Highly desirable: Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate data and evidence to a range of audiences (including for marketing purposes)
  4. Essential: Experience working alongside young people, including having an understanding of current issues that affect youth
  5. Well-developed skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, synthesis and aggregation. Where possible, including qualitative thematic coding and experience using a program or platform to conduct quantitative data analysis (at a minimum using Excel - but also SPSS, R, Tableu)
  6. Experience in using Theory of Change/Program logic for planning, design and evaluation
  7. Strong organisational and time management skills, initiative and the ability to successfully manage competing interests to achieve outcomes.
  8. Positive, constructive, "can-do" attitude
  9. Having the right to live and work in Australia.

Salary range: $70 - $80k
