The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, EFC, the role of Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will join the small EFC Team and be responsible for ensuring every Sister living independently, receives quality health and ageing care and support which is planned, delivered, monitored and reviewed in a manner that reflects best practice.

You will ensure every sister in need of assisted living support or clinical care receives a full suite of quality clinical and care services provided through a mix of government and Congregation funded services. You will also ensure that each Sisters’ health and wellbeing activities are managed in an accountable, efficient and cost-effective manner which is underpinned by a management system (comprising a comprehensive suite of policies and procedures) which reflects generally accepted best practice and meets all statutory requirements related to safety, compliance and care.

This role is a permanent, part-time position working the equivalent of 3 days per week flexibly across the week as needs require. This role will be based at the Presentation Sisters Wagga Wagga Sydney office in Berala, however you will mostly be out in the local area with individual sisters.

Key Requirements
