The role: 

The Partnership Coordinator is a talented and highly motivated professional with a keen interest in the fundraising world. This role works alongside Redkite’s dynamic and passionate Corporate Partnerships team on some of Australia’s leading charity partnerships. You will be responsible for helping keep the team running by managing day to day administration, processing income from multiple revenue streams and coordinating and implementing key elements of Redkite’s corporate events and campaigns. 

About you:

The position is ideal for someone with administration and/or customer service experience with a keen interest in fundraising. The role is also ideal for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door in the charity sector.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

Essential:

  • Proven administration and/or customer service experience
  • Experience using CRM database (Salesforce desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and short deadlines.
  • Current full Driver’s License
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable

  • Experience in the not-for-profit / fundraising sector
  • Proven experience in account/relationship management
  • Charity partnership management within either the not-for-profit or corporate sector
  • Experience using Canva
