Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a professional and motivated person with demonstrated understanding of the mental health sector and strong administration skills to be a part of its Toowoomba team.

About the position

This is your opportunity to join a team that is passionate about supporting people living with mental health challenges. The role is critical in the effective allocation and modification of client and staff schedules in response to executed NDIS Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support clients in achieving their goals/outcomes, the role also provides on call services as rostered.

Requirements include

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with at least one-year relevant experience; or less formal qualifications with substantial years of rostering experience
  • You will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Assisting supervisors maintain oversight of Individual Service Agreements/program KPI’s to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Building positive relationships through engagement with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client and organisational outcomes
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
  • Undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld)
  • Willingness and ability to undertake vaccination of preventable diseases (this is not inclusive of the COVID-19 vaccine)
