Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney is a 'home away from home' for seriously ill children and their families.
When families have to travel far from home to receive specialised medical care for their sick child, seeking accommodation in an unfamiliar place only adds to their stress and anxiety. Though there is no place like home, Ronald McDonald House GWS strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment where the whole family can stay together for the duration of their child's treatment.
The purpose of the Database Officer is to support the Ronald McDonald House team through the development of processes to ensure effective data capture and management. This includes undertaking program analysis to identify key performance areas, behaviour trends and performance issues. The Database Officer is the “go to” person for any matters relating to the database and integration with other systems and will be required to undertake regular basic data entry and information extraction to support fundraising strategies and maintaining the integrity and security of the system.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance Certificate. It is also a requirement that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
