Our Participants require a range of supports such as in home support (guidance with cooking, cleaning, planning etc) as well as community access supports (attending personal appointments, going to theme parks, the movies, participating in group activities). Yes, you heard us right - we're all about creating an experience and building relationships to work toward a goal. If you have a helping nature and enjoy helping people with the little things in life, this rewarding career is for you!

Prior experience is mandatory

• You must be fun, kind, caring, gentle and understanding
• Be able to take direction and show initiative
• Clear professional boundaries

Qualifications & experience

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Blue Card (working with children)
• Current Driver's License
• Current Comprehensive Car Insurance
