About You

An exciting opportunity is now available to join a dynamic team of Allied Health professionals at Royal Freemasons in the Home Care team that supports CHSP, HCP and Private Clients. Offering both twelve-month and casual contracts, you will be part of a modern, innovative, and rapidly growing organisation.

You will be responsible for providing expert community care to clients within their own Home Care or in our Wellness Centre which is undergoing an exciting transformation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated Allied Health and Home Care team to provide a holistic approach to health and care.

Key Requirements

• Relevant degree (Occupational Therapy)
• An Understanding of Community Programs
• Responsible for liaising with Home Care Clients, their families, GP, Care Manager and other stakeholders
• A valid Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and own reliable registered vehicle
• A current Police check and eligibility to work in Australia
