You are ethical, self-motivated and committed to making a difference for older people. You are focused on empowering clients with choice and control. You have exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills and advocacy skills.

Rozelle Neighbourhood Centre has over 35 years of experience in working with our stakeholders to create opportunities for people to be themselves in the community. Our aged care programs include domestic support (light household tasks, dusting, vacuuming, etc), in-home respite, support to access social activities and personal care (showering, changing).

• No qualifications are required as full training will be provided. We believe if you have the right values you will excel in this role
• Willingness to learn Supportability (rostering and client management system)
• Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of WH&S principles
• A current Australian form of photo ID or International passport
• A National Police Criminal Record check from within the last 12 months
• A current Working with Children check
• A current First Aid and/or CPR certificate or willing to get one

Pay rates are as per the SCHADS Award, including casual and shift loadings.
