You are ethical, self-motivated and committed to making a difference for people with disability and older people. You are focused on empowering clients with choice and control. You have exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills and advocacy skills.

Rozelle Neighbourhood Centre has over 35 years of experience in working with our stakeholders to create opportunities for people to be themselves in the community. We operate a range of support services for people with disabilities on a 1:1 basis as well as for group activities. Our aged care programs include domestic support (light household tasks, dusting, vacuuming, etc), in-home respite and support to access social activities.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• No minimum qualifications required as believe that values and interests are more important
• Willingness to work 1-1, as well as in a group setting
• Willingness to learn Supportability (rostering and client management system)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of WH&S principles

Pay rates are as per the SCHADS Award, including casual and shift loadings.
