The opportunity

We are seeking an Optimisation Scheduler to work as part of the Community Services Team and be responsible for optimising and scheduling of Royal Society for the Blind (RSB) service delivery resources to provide a reliable, consistent, and timely service to customers in accordance with service delivery plans.

Your skills and expertise

You will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the operation of client management databases.
  • Working knowledge of best practice scheduling, workforce optimisation and system utilisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaborating with people in an encouraging and supportive manner in accordance with the principles of Person-Centred Planning.
  • Ability to work in a highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks.

Special Conditions

  • Clearances including National Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services (DHS) and NDIS screening will be required before commencement.
