Providing treatment services for low-risk non-acute and chronic patients with low and high prevalence mental health disorders using international standard, evidence-based, multi-model treatment protocols. About the role

• Primarily working across Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance you will provide clinical services, assessment, and interventions to a varied demographic of all ages including outpatient services using best practice, patient-centered, evidence-based treatments
• Work with a passionate team who are dedicated to providing gold-standard mental health treatments reaching those who really need it
• Opportunity to promote the vision, mission, and values of the Victorian Centre for Mental Health to clients, parents, carers, family, funding bodies, suppliers, school community including teaching staff, internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience

• Master Degree or equivalent in Psychology or relevant discipline
• AHPRA registration (or provisional)
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy with complex patients, or desire to learn
• Experience in the provision of psychological testing and assessment
• Appropriately employ evidence-based intervention for treating a range of mental health and psychological issues to adolescents, families, and adults
