Richmond Wellbeing (RW) is a leading values-based organisation providing mental health services for consumers across Western Australia. We offer supported accommodation along with a wide range of community services including NDIS support. This service is an 8 beds 24 hrs 7 days a week facility, scheduled to open end of May 2021. The service will be led by Richmond Wellbeing, in partnership with Anglicare WA and Cyrenian House. The unique combination of skills and experience that each of these agencies brings will ensure that the service is firmly grounded in contemporary practices in mental health and AOD recovery, youth work, and addressing homelessness. The service will assist young people to transition from homelessness to more independent living, by working with them to improve wellbeing (functioning) and reduce difficulties that limit their independence.
We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and skilled Recovery Worker to join our team. The mental health recovery program delivers high quality and efficient services by providing person centred, individualised support to residents, drawing upon their existing support networks on their road to recovery.
In this role Recovery Worker will be responsible for supporting and enabling consumers to confidently embark on a journey of recovery and to attain the kind of life they desire.
