About the role!

We are actively seeking Relief Recovery Support Workers to work as a part of our South West Relief Team! This role provides person centred support to individuals experiencing enduring mental distress. This may involve support to enhance activities of daily living, increase social inclusion, improve physical health and overcome emotional distress.

You will be required to work in our South West sites based in Bunbury and Busselton and have ability to work afternoon, night, weekdays and weekends.

Who are you?

To be successful you will have the following key attributes:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Mental Health or a qualification in a human service-related field plus
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health work and an understanding of recovery within a human services context.
  • A current First Aid certificate – minimum Hltaid003
  • A satisfactory Police Clearance not less than 6 months’ old.
  • A Current driver’s license
