We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time position across a 24/7 roster with the need of completing active overnight shifts. The role will focus on providing support to two clients residing in one of our newly-built Supported Accommodation Facilities located in Kingswood and Salisbury.

One client requires long term ventilator support and 24/7 assistance from Registered Nurses who have evidenced competency in providing Advanced Life Support, but is also passionate about empowering the client’s independence and instilling a sense of fun and adventure into daily life.

To be considered for this role, you will be passionate about the disability industry and committed to providing a client-centered and individualised care approach. Ideally, you will also be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a genuine, compassionate nature and a commitment to engage with our culture and the values SACARE live and breathe.

The minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Australia
• Current AHPRA registration
• Advanced Life Support
• Current Apply or Provide First Aid Certificate
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Current Driver’s License
• Current DHS Clearance, NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children Check
• Proven Ventilator experience is highly desirable
• Emergency Department and intensive care experience will be highly regarded
