As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of Sacred Heart Mission. This is a full-time position where you will have the exciting opportunity to join our team as we embark on Strategy 2030 to grow our services and impact.
Your forward-thinking mindset, financial expertise, and passion for making a difference will be key as you lead the development and implementation of transformative financial strategies.
Your responsibilities will include leading a small, dedicated finance team in overseeing all financial and management accounting operations. This role encompasses a wide range of financial activities, including managing the budgeting process, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and maintaining healthy cash flow. Your leadership will be key to maintaining the financial integrity of the organisation, ensuring that all financial processes are executed accurately and on time.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer, other senior leadership, as well as a wide array of Program Managers, to provide them with detailed financial insights and analysis. Your work will play a crucial role in informing strategic decision-making, allowing the organisation to allocate resources effectively and pursue its mission with confidence.
