Working in the People and Culture team, the Health and Safety Advisor provides advisory services and operational assistance to line managers and staff on workplace health and safety and risk management issues, has key responsibilities in the implementation and ongoing development of SHM’s H&S Framework and undertakes the Return to Work Coordinator role.
