Your new role

  • Assist residents to engage with current supports such as; NDIS, Area mental health services and Community health services.
  • Provide support and case coordination for residents, assistance to attend house activities and groups, external supports.
  • Foster and develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the program
  • Deliver services to clients using social inclusion and trauma informed principles

The person we're looking for

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to work across a wide variety of shifts, including sleepover shifts
  • Experienced in effectively responding to challenging behaviours and crisis situations.
  • Team focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications relevant to the delivery of community services
