Melba is seeking an administration professional to provide exceptional support to its Board of Directors. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be the key liaison and pivotal link between the Board, its Sub Committees and the organisation, maintaining a high level of customer service. You will coordinate all relevant meetings, including the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes. This role will see you using your exceptional writing skills on the Board’s behalf to update and prepare reports and work plans. Your responsibilities will also include governance administration and providing assistance to the Company Secretary as required.

You come from a background in Board support and excellence in administration. You effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and build enduring relationships. You are experienced in governance and pride yourself on your organisational skills, responsiveness and ability to multitask. Your background demonstrates a strong results focus and you readily take ownership of issues. Further, you are passionate about working within a strong and supportive team environment and strive for continuous improvement.
