What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Groups Program Coordinator who will oversee our Groups Program administration, ensuring successful delivery of our online programs.

This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. We have a hybrid work from home model, allowing employees flexibility in their work, but we do require onsite work as well.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Groups Program Coordinator who will:

  • Be key to the logistics management of all Groups administration
  • Showcase effective management of participant attendance
  • Showcase effective management of participant communication
  • Show effective management of communication with internal Service Delivery staff.

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Strong organisational and Time Management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Forward thinking which will assist with actively seeking opportunities to improve processes, show initiative and proposes solutions.
  • You will be process oriented, self-disciplined, and adept at keeping things running smoothly across multiple areas, with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You will have experience in co-ordinating similar activities.
  • You will have experience working with Peer Moderators and Peer Workforce.
  • You have tertiary qualification in a relevant area to the role - arts and/or mental health will be highly valued.
