As Project Manager (Education Program) you will design and execute a dynamic and evolving online professional development program for the contemporary rural and remote allied health workforce.

With a customer focus and an eye for detail, you will draw on your capabilities as an allied health educator to create positive learning experiences that support the career goals of allied health professionals and assistants living and working in rural and remote Australia.

Working as part of a small, distributed and high-performing team, you will contribute to the growth of the Allied Health Rural Generalist Pathway nationally, while working alongside people who are passionate about health system reform.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a business plan for the expansion of SARRAH’s online Education Program, including a market analysis of the rural allied health workforce to inform the suite of products offered.
  • Create new educational content based on the findings of the market analysis and emerging indicators of unmet need
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the Education Program for quality and safety, including reviewing content to ensure it is culturally safe and responsive to the needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange

What you bring

  • High level project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-developed understanding of adult learning principles
  • High level strategic analysis and professional judgement.
  • Well-developed information technology skills, including a working knowledge of online learning management systems.
