At Save the Children in Townsville, we provide critical support to these children and families through a variety of programs. In this part-time, maximum term position (10 hours a week during school terms, until end of June 2023) you'll help to engage and connect families living in Vincent, Gulliver and Currajong with appropriate support services. You'll build strong rapport with families to help in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from accessing support. With lack of transport often being one of the biggest barriers for families, you'll also be available to provide transport to weekly playgroup sessions.
