Are you a data-obsessed optimisation specialist looking for the opportunity to use your skills to make a difference for children? Then we want to hear from you!
You're someone who knows how to leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in our conversion funnel, and help make our fundraising efforts as efficient and effective as possible. Your supply of factual nuggets will ensure the success of our marketing and fundraising efforts to engage and convert our vital donors. We need you to work with key internal and external stakeholders to provide reports, actionable insights and recommendations as needed. With your help, we'll offer best in class digital and donor experiences that will help us improve our impact for children who need it most.

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton, you will lead a program of iterative experimentation and improvement, focused on improving conversion rates across our digital platforms. You will be part of our Digital team and report to our Senior Digital Manager, working closely with our Fundraising, Data and Analytics teams.

You have a data-driven background, with experience in using web analytics tools to design and analyse user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement. You know how to balance customer-centricity with business needs and impact, and you're a strong communicator who can easily communicate technical hypotheses to non-technical colleagues and inspire and engage them with your program of work. Your passion for turning data and user experience into demonstrable outcomes will see you succeed in this role to help us achieve great outcomes for vulnerable children in Australia and overseas.
