In this newly created role, you'll take the lead in the development of a new Enterprise Agreement for our Australian Services function. Australian Services is our largest and most complex department, with a cohort of approx. 550 employees who are geographically dispersed across all States and Territories, in urban, regional, and remote settings. We need you to understand the complexity of this workforce and drive us toward the best outcome possible for the new Agreement.

In this full-time, maximum term position (9 months, with potential for extension), based anywhere in Australia*, you'll work closely with Australian Services leadership, the People & Culture team, Union Representatives, and other internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end management of the Enterprise Agreement process. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll report to our Head of HR - Australian Services, and will have flexibility to work entirely from home if preferred.

* There is a chance that the position may be occasionally required to travel, so proximity to an airport (ideally a state capital) would be preferred.
