In this full-time permanent position, which can be based in any location in the Australia/Pacific time zone, you will build and support a positive wellbeing culture through the development, implementation, monitoring and review of appropriate work systems, education and communication relating to all aspects of injury management, return to work (RTW) and wellbeing. You'll be part of our People, Culture and Risk team and report to our Head of Workplace Safety and Wellbeing.

In addition to your technical knowledge and experience in injury management and return to work coordination, your empathic and people-centric approach, excellent organisation, and administration skills alongside your analytical instincts will see you drive the delivery of quality outcomes within strict deadlines.
