Support our teams as an IT Trainer and Coordinator and take on the opportunity to deliver IT training for our critical business systems. We need you to maintain and deliver engaging training content to a variety of stakeholders to build organisational capability to enable our users to make the world a better place for children.

Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton, you will deliver high-quality IT training across critical business applications that support functions such as programs, fundraising, and finance. You will be part of our IT team and collaborate with various system owners, reporting into our Service Delivery Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Preparing and delivering regular IT inductions for new starters and existing staff
  • Delivering training for core systems including Salesforce Case Management System, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM Donor Management Platform, our Finance system (Agresso/Business World), and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Collaborating closely with the Instructional Designer to design new training content
  • Developing and reviewing robust IT training documentation, online resources, and user guides
  • Monitoring and evaluating training outcomes to ensure relevant feedback influences course design and content, and leads to improvement

You have a passion for delivering high-quality content and enjoy delivering tangible improvements in employee capability. You have a keen interest in technology and thrive on collaborating with various stakeholders, while considering how learning content is organised and delivered for maximum learning transfer.

This role requires:

  • Proven experience in delivering training sessions for IT systems across a range of delivery modes
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining e-learning programs
  • An aptitude to learn new IT applications and interest in technology
  • Demonstrated experience designing learning for systems training
  • Experience in delivering training via Totara/Moodle LMS
