SECL delivers a wide range of services to meet the needs of people in our community including emergency relief, case work, housing support, youth and family services, financial counselling and resettlement services for refugees and asylum seekers.
Our service model will ensure people in our community are provided integrated services, linking services to peoples’ needs. As disadvantage has many root causes, only an integrated understanding of these causes can support people to achieve their social and economic goals. In turn these achievements contribute to economic and social development in our community.
Terms of Employment: To commence in early September (Maternity leave position – 9-month contract)
Hours: 4- 5 days a week
Reporting to: Peter McNamara, Chief Executive Officer
Location: 186 Forster St East, Dandenong, 5 Osborne Avenue, Springvale and travel across City of Greater Dandenong and City of Casey as required.
Award Classification: Employment in accordance with the SCHADS Award 7.2
The total salary package includes 10% super and salary packaging (while allowed under tax law and without incurring any Fringe Benefit tax liability).
The Manager of Community Wellbeing and Organisational Development at South East Community Links is a dynamic role that leads a team of 12 staff. The role is primary responsibility for leading, developing and supporting the Community Wellbeing Team (CWB) and advancing the strategic development and management of SECL organisationally.
