Be Kind Sydney Ltd (DGR1) & Sydney Women’s Fund (DGR2) are initiatives of Sydney Community Foundation (DGR2) a grants specialist, connecting philanthropy and Sydney communities most in need. Each year Be Kind Sydney and Sydney Women’s Fund co-design programs with selected community partners to support a diverse group of people in need across Greater Sydney.
We are looking for a self-starting Be Kind Sydney Communications and Engagement Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and team. This varied role requires a strong communicator and marketer to:

Degree qualified
Knowledge of contemporary media and communications mediums and an ability to apply this knowledge to complex issues and a diverse audience
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing communications initiatives across a range of platforms
Competence with leveraging technology and software to implement and monitor activities (e.g. CRM (Salesforce) integration desirable, Google analytics, Mailchimp etc).
Flexible and responsive, with strong time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to cultivate and maintain working relationships
A genuine and demonstrated interest in philanthropy and the not-for-profit sector
