About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Administrator ICT to work within our Workforce team.

Key aspects of the role 

Employee Utilisation

  • Responsible for the rostering of all direct support staff within your portfolio including monitoring of absenteeism and recommendations for escalation
  • Contribute to the effective utilisation and availability of all direct support staff
  • Responsible for managing employee leave requirements process

Employee Service Delivery

  • Learning & Development: Key support for the ongoing training and compliance of all direct support staff including:
  • Managing the bookings and co-ordinating of courses through the training calendar and library
  • Support and train staff in the basic and advanced functions of KRONOS
  • Provide coaching support for the house supervisors and advanced KRONOS users

Employee Administration

  • Responsible for ensuring that all employee information is captured, updated and maintained in the various employee management systems and payrollGeneral Administrative Responsibilities
  • Provide support and backup to other Administrative functions as required
  • Provide technical support to the Roster Manager in administering master roster changes in KRONOSCompliance
  • Comply with Scope Policies and Procedures as applicable to your role
  • Remain compliant with all mandatory training, and participate in meetings as requested

About You

  • Excellent knowledge of roster management systems for a mobile workforce, experience in Kronos-Workforce Dimensions with be very well regarded
  • Competent and accurate Data Entry skills
  • MS Office capability particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to train and support use of technical systems with users of various skill levels
  • Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others

Please note, the successful applicant will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check and a Police Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
