Searchlight Group

Mayflower is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home care and retirement living options with services in Brighton, Reservoir, Macleod and Pascoe Vale. Mayflower’s Mission is to “enhance the quality of life choices in all aspects of care delivery.”

The organisation has an enviable 60 year history of providing responsive and innovative services that enhance independence, wellbeing and lifestyle. Mayflower is a not-for-profit (for purpose), non-denominational, community-based organisation created to support the wellbeing of older Australians.   • An understanding of the NFP, Aged Care and/or Community sector (ideally);
