Sexuality Education Counselling and Consultancy Agency (SECCA) is a not-for-profit organisation in West Perth.

SECCA supports people with disability to learn about human relationships, sexuality, and sexual health. We offer a range of services including education and workshops offered to parents, carers, and support staff as well as direct counselling for people who can benefit from education and therapeutic supports in relation to relationships and sexuality.

SECCA is undergoing a program of organisational transformation that will change the way we work and ensure we continue to support people with a disability into the future.

We are seeking a self-driven and highly competent individual to lead and influence our organisation as we grow and focus on sustainability.

Duties include:

  • Leading and directing strategic and operational planning
  • Directing administration and operations
  • Managing resources including people, financial, information and asset
  • Business development and grant funding (sourcing, managing and successfully delivering)
  • Promote an ethical culture that encourages innovation, collaboration
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders

The successful candidates will:

  • Have a tertiary qualification in business administration or allied health
  • Considerable experience in working in the disability sector
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in financial management
  • Demonstrate project management experience
  • Have highly ethical values, behaviours and standards
  • Be highly organised and have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Be highly motivated
  • Public relations and marketing knowledge
  • Be aligned with SECCA's values of respect, equity, equality and diversity, engendering trust and mutually respectful relationships.

SECCA will provide:

  • A 12 month fixed term contract with a high chance of extension
  • Competitive renumeration SCHADS SCSE awards rate Level 8
  • Salary packaging up to $15 900 annually
