JOB SUMMARY

  • Multiple roles available
  • 6 month Full and Part-time rolls available
  • Modern office based at Heatherton (WFH arrangements currently apply)

We have a mix of full time and part time roles for Service Coordinator roles to support ‘Living with COVID-19’. Be part of a new initiative building from the “ground up” in a great team.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in providing high level coordination, administration and support of projects, activities or programs (preferably in a health-related environment).
  • Well-developed skills in the use of Microsoft office products.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work tasks.

You will help make a real difference to our local community and will be working in a truly team environment.
