We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Regional Area Supervisor whose values align with ours and who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and support to our community access clients.

No day is ever the same, it’s a varied role where you’ll need to be flexible, think on your feet and keep you clients and their needs at the centre of every decision you make.

Whilst the role is relatively autonomous, it sits within a team of caring, experienced and fun-loving professionals who care about delivering excellent service, the wellbeing of their clients and each other.

This role is based in our in Burswood office supporting clients across the Perth Metro region.

Snapshot of the Role:

  • Build excellent relationships with customers and families.
  • Responsible for coordinating the community access support for a mid size portfolio including managing clients funding packages for accuracy and ensuring efficient use of funding.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and on going support to clients with a focus on aligning the skill set of your team of support workers to clients.
  • Managing a team of skilled and passionate support workers.
  • Accurately updating client files as they achieve their goals.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Passion to work in the disability sector with 3+years experience
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting a team of Support Workers.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their support networks including therapists, care coordinator and other key stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the Professional Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and the National Standards for Disability Services
  • Ability to manage your time while balancing the needs of a diverse caseload.
