Sniff Off is the Greens NSW campaign, in conjunction with NSW Young Greens, against the use of drug dogs at festivals, bars, and train stations. The campaign involves posting updates of drug dog locations to Facebook and Twitter, handing out flyers at festivals about the drug dog program and advice on how to deal with police, and drawing media attention to problems with the drug dog program.
Maintaining and directing the Sniff Off campaign is a core part of the work.
The Research Assistant/Police Campaigner position is to be paid one day a week with a total remuneration package up to $19,430 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
