ShredEm is a home-based paper recycling micro enterprise in the Pasadena area. A Personal Assistant is required to assist in shredding paper documents for local businesses to be recycled for animal bedding and enrichment, and garden compost.

Business processes and routines have been established over the past 12 months with a strong customer base already in place.

Hours of work are Tuesdays 10am-3pm, Fridays 8am-1pm, every second Thursday 11.30am-4.30pm

The right person for this role will be enthusiastic, confident and have a positive mindset. If you have these qualities, a bit of business acumen, an interest in recycling and marketing, and the capacity and understanding to work alongside me, you may be who I am looking for to be my business PA.

Experience working alongside someone with disability may be an advantage. You will need a current drivers licence and a vehicle to use for work purposes; a NDIS Worker Screening Check or its equivalent and a current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
