The opportunity

Silver Chain has vacancies for community Enrolled Nurses for our Clinical Service. This position will be based out of our Kingsley Service Centre. These roles offer the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse. We have various hours/days per fortnight over a 7-day week. 

Key responsibilities

These nursing roles provide the opportunity to work in the community and clinic with a variety of clients. Acute general nursing skills are desirable; community nursing experience is highly regarded. These roles will see you provide chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes, providing an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you

  • Medication competent 
  • 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
  • Current Registration with the AHPRA
  • Community Care experience will be highly regarded
  • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
  • Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
