Silver Chain is seeking experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to support their rapidly growing Hospital in the Home service on the Sunshine Coast. On offer are casual positions based out of our Mooloolaba office which is within walking distance of the local shopping precinct and beautiful beaches. Our clients reside within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service geographical catchment requiring both acute and sub-acute cares.
If you have a passion for providing services in the community and are currently utilising your acute care and assessment skills, then this could be the job for you!
You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality and ‘best care’ driven nursing support with a focus on person-centred care for our valued clients. Use your clinical knowledge and experience to assess clients and carers, maintain care plans, manage emergencies and identify and deliver appropriate intervention for complex client problems. This rewarding role will ensure the care needs of our clients will enhance and promote their quality of life.

You will also have a broad range of clinical skills and competence within the areas of medication management, wound management, venepuncture & IV cannulation, central venous access device management and anticoagulation therapy.
