The opportunity

Our palliative care service is focused on what's important to our clients, helping achieve the best quality of life possible. We understand that when someone has a life-limiting condition, it can be tough on family and loved ones. We need dedicated Palliative Care Nurses like you to join our team to provide the best palliative care possible. 

Are you a Registered Nurse with at least three years nursing experience with a passion to deliver exceptional Palliative care, you will be working out of our Kingsley Service Centre; these roles are Permanent and have the flexibility to cover over 7 days per week predominately night shifts, some evenings and weekends (shift work will attract penalty rates). In addition to an extensive orientation and education program, you will have the opportunity to work as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing palliative care within the community. 

Key responsibilities

You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years’ post grad nursing experience
  • Clinical nursing practice skills
  • A broad experience in general nursing
  • Strong interest in palliative care
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Current Registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
  • Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
  • A current full driver’s licence
