Life Changing Experiences Foundation is a not-for-profit with a mission to grow Australia’s most marginalised girls into strong, independent women capable of taking their place in the world. Among our programs to improve the lives of at-risk young women, we deliver the award-winning SISTER2sister program, which provides vulnerable young women with a Big Sister Mentor, who will be her support and inspiration as she undertakes our structured education, risk management and life-skills program.

About the Role

With only one paid staff member, we rely heavily on our dedicated and committed collective of volunteers, who achieve great things. After a tumultuous period of change, we are looking to refresh and reset for a period of growth. We know we have the right building blocks in place to change lives and are looking for some hands-on leaders to support this growth trajectory.

We’re particularly interested in people with social work/welfare experience, fundraising and relationship management, finance, event management, marketing, social media, risk and/or governance.

This role is ideal for people with technical skills looking to add Board and not-for-profit experience to their resume.
