The Customer Service Liaison Officer (CSLO) is pivotal to the Local Health District's strategy to raise additional revenue from patients electing to use their Private Health Insurance. The position is responsible for developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and providing customer focused information in relation to their financial options. This position is part of the Finance and Revenue Department.
The position provides patients and staff with support in regards to patient election choices and ensures admitted patient financial records are complete and compliant with the National Healthcare Agreement, NSW Health and LHD policies and procedures.
