Location
This position will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
About your New Job
You will be responsible in providing high quality Social Work services to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Knowledge, skills and clinical experience in a Social Work clinical practice.
- The ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
