The team at St. Mary's House of Welcome is excited to offer a full time Business & Development Manager - NDIS Program position for immediate start to complement its existing team.

We are dedicated team passionate about building a workforce that enhances the lifestyle of people with disabilities. You will lead and grow our NDIS psychosocial disability program and a strong team to deliver safe and dependable client experience. The Manager has a key role in building the culture, mission alignment, growth and reputation of the program. In this role you will grow the business to increase participants within the organisation and lead a high performing team to deliver safe and dependable client experience. The Business & Development Manager - NDIS Program will have a key role in building the culture, mission alignment, growth and reputation of the program and ensure compliances as per NDIS requirements.

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited:

  • Actively develop a twelve month business plan to add more participants
  • actively attending disability networking
  • Supporting allocation teams and recruitment team
  • understanding clients of St. Mary's House of Welcome
  • Maintaining strong relationships
  • liaise with recruitment team to find best worker for our participants
  • admin task as required, with the ability to manage many aspects of admin and compliances as per NDIS requirement
  • attend and manage NDIS annual audit
  • we are office based

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Must have experience in disability services
  • Desirable: strong disability sector experience and program management experience
  • Sound understanding of NDIS requirements
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive and goal orientated
  • Sound computer skills
  • be a social person and enjoy networking with groups and individuals
