We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our family. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Engagement and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will provide world-class supporter care to new and existing supporters and for handling a variety of administrative tasks relating to supporter care.

About our role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing supporter care to current and prospective Learning for Life sponsors and donors
  • Initiating outbound calls to proactively build sponsor relationships and maximise sponsorship opportunities (e.g. on anniversary of sponsorship
  • Handling a range of telephone enquiries, including donations and sponsorships
  • Responding to supporter and general public enquiries received via chat or email
  • General administration of self and team responsibilities
