As we lead up to our Centenary, it’s an exciting time to be joining our family.
Embarking on our new five-year strategy, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Program Analytics and Reporting Team where you will play a vital role in providing the data and insights to inform The Smith Family’s program policy and practice. Supporting the monitoring, evaluation and delivery of programs in the Growing Careers Project is one of your key priorities.
This is a hands-on role, open to early career or experienced data analysts that can demonstrate required skills and experience. You’ll become part of a small, collaborative and highly productive team where your analysis and expertise will make a difference every day.
A day in the life of our Data Analyst might look like this, but every day can be different. Your key responsibilities will be:
It takes a special kind of person to be our Data Analyst. You are a self-starter who loves solving problems, a team player and a good communicator. You are able to progress amidst change and ambiguity. You have a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrated data extraction and analysis skills using SQL on relational datasets, experienced with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables) and Power BI or any data visualisation tool.
